Standard Private-Pay Rates
• Sedan/Ambulatory Base Rate: $40 per leg
• One-Way Segment Rate: $40 per leg
• Loaded Mileage: $2.00 per mile
• Minimum Scheduled Trip Charge: $50 per leg
• Standby/Wait Time: $40 per hour (billed in 15-min increments)
• Long-Distance Return/Unloaded Mileage: $1.50 per mile
• Wheelchair Stowage: No additional charge
• Special/Extended Trips: Custom quote available upon request.
How Pricing Works
• Each one-way segment counts as a leg with base/loaded rates
• $40 per leg rate with a $50 minimum charge
• Standby time: $40/hr prorated every 15 mins
• Long-distance returns: $1.50/mile
• Flat rates and wheelchair services upon request
